I'll start out by saying that the Goodyear Endurance tires that we carry are all radial tires, but we do not have any available in a 205/75R15. However, if you're looking for a bias ply tire with those measurements I recommend using the Taskmaster ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TTWSF20515C. The Taskmaster tires are some of our best rated tires and these bias ply tires have an 1,820-lbs per tire capacity, so they'll do a great job for your 2015 Dutchmen Kodiak.

While we may not have an exact replacement for the powered jack that was on your trailer we do have a better solution for a replacement jack. I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000 as a replacement.
It has a lifting capacity of 5,000 lbs which would be more than you'd need but will ensure that the jack will operate quickly and last a long time. view full answer...

It should only have power when you apply the manual override; if it shows power at idle then there is an issue with the controller and it will need to be replaced.
